Colin Donnell Married Patti Murin In Wedding With “Bachelorette” Final Rose Ceremony
Colin Donnell married Patti Murin on Friday in New York, with a rose ceremony right out of “The Bachelorette.” Murin, a Broadway star, is apparently a huge fan of “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” shows, and she had one of the couple’s celebrity guests, Andrew Rannells, take on the role of Chris Harrison as she handed Donnell “the final rose” in front of family and friends at the wedding. Among those witnessing the “rose ceremony” was Donnell’s former “Arrow” co-star Stephen Amell.
In a video Murin posted on Facebook, she asks Donnell as they stood before their guests, “Will you accept this rose.” Donnell, who starred on “Arrow” and “The Affair” and can next be seen on NBC’s “Chicago Med,” naturally accepted, and then the two shared a kiss. Murin also wrote on Twitter, “Last night on #TheBachelorette, Colin D. took home the final rose in the most dramatic rose ceremony ever.” After thanking Rannelsl “for being my Chris Harrison,” she added, “I literally held a rose ceremony. Like, we went there.”
Murin, still celebrating her wedding, posted a number of photos of the newlyweds on social media on Saturday, including the one above. Unlike the “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette,” however, Gossip Cop is banking on Donnell and Murin to go the distance.
