Christmas In Rockefeller Center Live Stream 2015

NBC’s 2015 “Christmas In Rockefeller Center” takes place on Wednesday, and Gossip Cop has a live stream!

Now in its 83rd year, the annual star-studded concert celebrates the holiday season with the official lighting of the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree in New York City. This year’s spruce, taken from Gardiner, New York, measures 78 feet tall. More than 30,000 lights will adorn the tree, which is topped with a Swarovski star.

The tree-lighting festivites will include a number of performances from top artists. Among those slated to perform are Sting, Mary J. Blige, and Andrea Bocelli. Also taking the stage will be The Band Perry, Andy Grammer, Carly Rae Jepsen, Pentatonix, and, of course, the Radio City Music Hall Rockettes.

The event will once again be hosted by the “Today” show team, who are fresh off last week’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Matt Lauer will be joined by Savannah Guthrie, as well as Al Roker and Natalie Morales. This marks the 19th year NBC will broadcast the holiday tradition.

This year’s tree was actually erected in Manhattan last month, but the lighting is usually held the Wednesday after Thanksgiving. Now once lit, the lights will remain on 24 hours a day. And the tree will remain an attraction for Manhattan residents and tourists through January 6.

While viewers in the New York metropolitan area get to watch an hour-long pre-show, the official program begins at 8 p.m. Eastern. Watch below! **The live stream has now ended.**
