Christina Aguilera And Pink “The Voice” Feud Made Up
As Gossip Cop reported earlier this week, Pink is the guest adviser for the Top 8 round of the NBC music competition. Now a report published on Thursday says, “Although the cast and crew are excited to have the ‘So What’ superstar join the show, RadarOnline.com has learned that there is one person who is not exactly thrilled: Pink’s longtime rival, Christina Aguilera!” The site claims to know “what the ‘Dirrty’ singer is planning to do to end the tensions once and for all!”
“There are a lot of mixed feelings right now about Pink joining as an advisor. Pink and Christina Aguilera absolutely hate each other, and have for years,” a so-called “source” is quoted as saying. “When Christina found out that Pink was joining she flipped out because she cannot stand her!”
The supposed snitch goes on, “This is going to get ugly, and production was told to keep these two women as far away from each other as possible.” But, not surprisingly, nothing is said about how Aguilera plans to “end” the “tensions.” It gets worse, though.
Here’s how wrong this story is: RadarOnline writes that in addition to Pink, Diddy and Patti LaBelle will “join” as advisers “next week,” too. As a supposed entertainment and celebrity news resource, one would think the outlet would know Diddy and LaBelle actually appeared in their mentoring roles in episodes that aired months ago. And there’s even more proof the clueless site doesn’t know what it’s talking about.
While the webloid makes it sound like drama could boil over next week and the women will have to be kept “far” apart, Pink and Aguilera actually already shot their footage together THIS week. What will air with them on Monday is pre-taped rehearsals with artists, something RadarOnline would have known if it actually had a real “source.”
But Gossip Cop does have real sources, and an impeccable production insider exclusively tells us, “They got along great.” Our rock-solid contact notes, “Both ladies bonded over music and being moms. and it couldn’t have been a better day. Once again sad that the media has to put females against each other.”
Gossip Cop couldn’t agree more, and RadarOnline has a history of doing it, too. We’ve previously busted the outlet for making up “Voice”-related feuds between Aguilera and Miley Cyrus, as well as Aguilera and Gwen Stefani. Clearly, the site’s reporting (cough) remains off-key.
