Christina Aguilera Boyfriend Won’t Be Charged For Drunk Driving

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend Matthew Rutler were arrested on March 1.
The singer was originally picked up for public intoxication while her man was busted for allegedly driving under the influence.
Ultimately, no charges were leveled against Aguilera, though law enforcement officials, at the time, said she was “extremely intoxicated.”
Now, it seems Rutler has also caught a lucky bounce.
L.A.’s District attorney doesn’t have enough to prosecute Rutler for a DUI because we’re told his blood-to-alcohol level was .06, which is below the legal limit of .08.
Hopefully Aguilera and Rutler will celebrate the good news in a responsible manner.
