Christina Aguilera‘s five year marriage to Jordan Bratman is officially over.
According to court documents, Aguilera’s divorce was finalized this morning.
The couple separated in October, and the singer filed for divorce shortly thereafter.
They are parents to three-year-old son Max.
Aguilera is now dating Matthew Rutler, a production assistant she met on the set of Burlesque.
