Chris Klein Arrested for DUI

Chris Klein was arrested this morning on suspicion of DUI.
The American Pie actor, once engaged to Katie Holmes, failed a field sobriety test after the California Highway Patrol stopped Klein, who was weaving, on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles just after 3:00 AM.
Klein reportedly had a blood-alcohol level that was three times the legal limit of .08.
The actor was booked and released on his own recognizance.
This is not Klein’s first brush with the law. A few years ago he was charged with drunk driving and, as a result, was fined $1,800, and had to perform 150 hours of community service.
