Chris Hemsworth, Elsa Pataky ‘Split’ Report NOT True
Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky are not “Hollywood’s next big split,” despite a new tabloid report. Gossip Cop can correct this inaccuracy.
According to the Australian magazine Woman’s Day, “Friends fear the couple’s fairytale romance is on the brink.” And while the beautiful family seemingly has a good life in Australia, the publication warns that it “may not be as picture perfect as it appears.” The outlet writes that Hemsworth and Pataky’s “relationship [is] on the rocks,” and they’re “living separate lives.” “They’ve decided they need space, and they’ve been taking a little break from each other,” a so-called “close friend” tells the tabloid. The same alleged insider adds Pataky and Hemsworth “have some issues that need to be sorted out. It has raised a few eyebrows among their friends.”
As part of its proof, the magazine notes Pataky took the couple’s three kids to her native Spain in September, and “looked thrilled” to be there while Hemsworth remained in Australia to film Thor: Ragnarok. Of course, the magazine never bothered to check whether Pataky was “thrilled” to be in Spain because it’s not often she sees her friends and family, who are 20 hours away by plane. Regardless, talk of the actress and Hemsworth being on the verge of a “big split” and “living separate lives” is 100 percent untrue.
In fact, alongside of photo of himself and his wife on a boat, Hemsworth wrote on Instagram, “Looking for a new wife according to @womansdayaus and other misleading outlets! Honey you still love me right?! @elsapatakyconfidential #thanksfortheheadsup.”
