I think “Fran” might actually be Chris Brown. We already know he turns into a whiny little girl who whines and whines and whines when people criticize him on the internet. Another week, another problem in Chris Brown’s life that isn’t his fault. He’s like the Lindsay Lohan of music. And I guess it doesn’t matter to you that several witnesses are saying the paps weren’t even there when the crash happened and that they only arrived on the scene a few minutes later.
