WATCH: Chris Brown Performs “Liquor” At BET Awards (VIDEO)
Chris Brown performed his new song “Liquor” Sunday at the BET Awards, before launching into his song “Ayo” featuring Tyga. He also brought Omarion and Jhene Aiko out onto the stage to perform their single “Post To Be.” Brown’s performance started with the singer sitting at a piano, singing “Liquor” as a woman danced behind him. Watch the video below.
As Gossip Cop reported, Brown and Tyga toured together earlier this year, and “Ayo” is one of the songs off their joint album Fan Of A Fan: The Album. “Liquor” is the first single from Brown’s upcoming album. The new record is slated to come out this fall.
Brown’s performance at the BET Awards is his second time singing at the show since he was released from jail, as he made his post-prison comeback last year, as Gossip Cop reported at the time. During Brown’s new performance the camera cut to his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who was seen mouthing the words to Aiko’s verse in “Post To Be.”
Brown was nominated for six BET Awards, including Best Male R&B/Pop Artist, Best Collaboration and Video of The Year. Check out the full video below of Chris Brown’s BET Awards performance, and tell us what you think.
