Chris Brown: I’ve Apologized Enough For Beating Rihanna (VIDEO)
Chris Brown opens up about his drug use, history with Rihanna, status with Karrueche Tran, feelings about Drake, and much more in a wide-ranging new interview from “Ebro In The Morning” on Hot 97.
As far as his infamous domestic violence with Rihanna, Brown says that while he has “remorse about it,” he’s sick of feeling like he has to apologize. “You can only say it but so many times, and I feel like through the years I’ve said it enough, to where it’s like, ‘Bro, if you’re still on that, I feel sorry for y’all, because it’s over with.'” He adds that he and Rihanna “made amends.”
The controversial performer, who talks doing “crazy stuff” while on drugs like sizzurp and Xanax in the past, reveals, “I think my demons [now] are being afraid of failure. The old issues still come up, but… it’s about life and moving forward.”
Brown also touches upon his decision to start rapping on tracks, Taylor Swift, his upcoming tour with Trey Songz, jail, gangs, and plenty of other subjects. It’s the longest and most comprehensive interview with Brown in a while, and worth watching.
