CLAIM: Chris Brown Dumped Karrueche Tran for His “Number One” Rihanna

Not surprisingly, HollywoodLife got duped by MediaTakeOut’s bogus story about Chris Brown dumping Karrueche Tran — and took it up a notch.

As Gossip Cop reported on Thursday, Brown and Tran have NOT broken up.

But that doesn’t stop HollywoodLife from doing what the site’s done for months — speculating wrongly about a Brown reunion with ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Like a broken record, the trashy webloid has been spinning the same baseless story over and over again, filling the Internet with garbage about an imaginary Brown-Rihanna rekindling.

Now HollywoodLife is using the (busted) MediaTakeOut report of a Brown split with Tran (again: NOT true) as a jumping off point for a new batch of fake quotes claiming he’s not “bothered” by the “break-up” because Rihanna’s “Always Been His ‘Number One.’”

“[He's] done with [Karrueche]…and the [gangster] pats about it is he [isn't] even [tripping] over it,” one phony “source” tells the site, adding, “He was mad at first [that] she was talking to [Drake] and…she lied and said it was about some business s**t…”

The same HollywoodLife insider then says, “[You've got to] remember, he could get any bad a** girl he wants and he still loves Rihanna. She’s number one. Always has been, always will be.”

Uh-huh.

The webloid’s source then chimes, “Karruece was the sixth man, she was fresh off the bench when the main girl (Rihanna) and Chris had problems…[I'm not] being mean…because she knew her place.”

And we know HollywoodLife’s “place.”

At the bottom of the muck.

As Gossip Cop’s source close to Brown assures us once again, Brown and Tran are still very much together, and the HollywoodLife speculation about Rihanna is “not true.”

    karrueche was the 6th man – like really … she’s more like the 6th little asian boy with a big jaw … some on the comments on twitter are hillarious though karate you will need to have a sense of humor if you are going to continue to date “Drama boy” .
    In other news unFortunate – dropped 7 places . maybe if someone rubbed Karrueche she might sprout out a gennie and Fortune might start rising again till then we wait …

    Actually till Chris and Karrueche dont confirm that they have NOT split – most of Team Breezy will believe they have split . We are hoping the rumor is true why should we spend our money on Karrueche because she is taking some of Chris’s money and thats our money that we spend buying stuff of his . Why should we spend our money on her when she does not do anything except service him.

    Hey Gossip Cop can you please inform your Chris Brown “source” NORMALLY such rumors are addressed with a proper press release . this sort of denial to a website wont stop the rumors that have now got legs of its own. YOur website’s word is as good as Hollywood Life ‘s websites creditability .
    The fact that it took 3 days for a sorta denial to avoid a PR dilemma because of the upcoming Chris Brown movie and sales of Fortune has proven not to work. The fact that only 4 people have even bothered to comment on your website concerning because NO ONE BELIEVES it . Perhaps another kiss in the sunset photograph also wont cut the mustard now. there are too many things that have led up to this BUT the worst problem is that theTeam Breezy demographic of 14 years – 24 year girls are totally against Karrueche and that has started to reflect where the amount of negative comments on most blogs are getting a 80 % against Karrueche and that impacts Chris. He needs to STEP away from this and date her on the low. Because the loyalty of Team Breezy is at an all time low and that is clearly reflected in his 2nd week sales . Not a good look at all. This is turning into a PR disaster for him he clearly needs to step away from Karrueche at tbis stage or face a very embarassing situation . Frank Ocean has already risen to take the place of R & B king and its not Chris unfortunately.

    We all knew this rumor was going to come out when a fan saw Chris and Tran in Hollywood and said they looked mad and took pictures. So somebody blew it up and said they had broke up so Chris can’t be seen in a bad situation with this girl she is just bringing him down everyday she is with him when they went to Frances there are pictures of her looking unhappy when she was shopping by herself and when she was in the club with him. So we all know Tran is not the one she make Chris look like he is treating her bad thats what woman do they look at your female and if her face look crazy they know what is going on and they didn’t show the pictures of her when she went to the club with the Switzz and Ludcris she said she had on a turnneck dress I think they we’re so out done on what she had on they had to go buy her a dress for the next night. So Tran is fading fast from Chris she is not Chris material and never will be..There not cut from the same fabric……
