Chris Brown’s Alleged Trespasser Danielle Patti Accuses Singer Of Threatening To Kill Her, Gets Restraining Order
A woman arrested for allegedly trespassing at Chris Brown’s home was granted a temporary restraining order against the singer after alleging he threatened to kill her.
As Gossip Cop reported, Danielle Patti was taken into custody at Brown’s Los Angeles residence last December. At the time, it was said she was a 27-year-old fan who entered his property and refused to leave. Police said Patti had driven up to Brown’s front gate and waited for someone to leave before driving through.
When she ignored demands from security guards to leave, cops were called and she was booked for criminal trespassing. Brown was home at the time of the incident, though he remained inside. It was also claimed that this was not her first unwanted visit to his house.
But now Patti is giving a different version of events, in which she alleges she was dating the singer. She claims she was already at Brown’s house at the time of the incident and was trying to leave, but her vehicle was blocked. She accuses Brown of purposefully having her arrested, and says prosecutors did not pursue the trespassing charge.
The issue now, Patti says, is that Brown has allegedly been harassing her on social media, including posting death threats. It’s unclear when or where such messages were supposedly posted, or what they exactly said. But according to TMZ, she’s been granted a temporary stay-away order, which prohibits Brown from getting within 100 yards of her or facilitating any contact.
A court hearing has been scheduled for later this month. Gossip Cop reached out to Brown’s rep for comment, but did not immediately hear back. We’ll have updates.
