Charlize Theron’s Alleged Stalker Arrested
A man was arrested for allegedly stalking Charlize Theron on Sunday, Gossip Cop confirms.
The incident took place at the Oscar winner’s home in the Hollywood Hills. The unidentified man went to Theron’s private, gated residence in the afternoon with a bouquet of flowers. But his intent allegedly wasn’t to just drop them off.
When Theron reportedly requested the flowers be left at her gate, he allegedly demanded to deliver them personally. And after he allegedly refused to leave, the actress called the cops. The unnamed man was ultimately arrested for stalking, law enforcement confirms to Gossip Cop.
It’s unclear if Theron and the suspect have had any prior incidents, as we’re told the authorities are still investigating. Unfortunately, she is not the first celebrity to seek police assistance to deal with unwanted admirers recently. In July, a man was arrested after getting inside Gigi Hadid’s apartment, and a different individual was taken into custody after threatening to kill Rihanna and taking a selfie outside her home.
Meanwhile, Miranda Cosgrove’s twice-arrested stalker was warned that any future attempts to interact with the star will land him behind bars. Mila Kunis also had a scary few days when her convicted stalker temporarily escaped from a mental institution. And Gwen Stefani, Salma Hayek, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have all had to get restraining orders over the last few months after they, too, had disturbing experiences with strangers. Gossip Cop will have updates.
