You people commenting didnt get it. Charlie wants to put an to it not for sake of just his life..but for sake of others lives. Also, it would be great if he did call him if charlie left a number. if he were to call charlie sheen, police can track where he is with the call unless he uses those cell phones that block location. That would be testing his intelligence.
