Charlie Sheen Back in Rehab

Charlie Sheen is back in rehab.

His rep sent Gossip Cop the following:

“As a preventative measure, Charlie Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility. He will take some time off his series ‘Two and a Half Men.’

He has asked that his privacy be honored.”

Sheen is expected to be in rehab for two weeks, though it has not been disclosed for what precisely.

A few days ago Sheen’s rep denied he was entering a facility and took issue with Radar‘s claim that friends were urging him to go, but the site was ahead of the pack with its reporting that Sheen was going to seek treatment.

This is just the latest saga for Sheen, who was arrested following a Christmas Day incident with wife Brooke Mueller, who’s also been in treatment.

This is not Sheen’s first stint in rehab. He first went in 1990, then again after a 1998 cocaine overdose.

    Good luck to Charlie Sheen and his wife. But it’s got to be tough for the kids, having parents with such heavy-duty issues.

    she is in rehab, or looking for a new one, don’t remember, and he is in rehab, where are the kids? maybe it was good that cps got involved. both seem to have heavy issues. cps is quick to jump on normal people, but it seems that alot of hollywood people have more issues than regular people, i.e., people outside the entertainment business. the only thing we don’t have is nannies to come between the parents and the children. Are the nannies watching the babies, or some relative?
