He DID do his job. Yes, he is a drunk and has issues but they NEVER had a problem with his drinking before. They “supported” him when he was in rehab but soon as he speaks his mind about Chuck he gets fired? Not trying to defend him but it seems odd that they fired him over this after sticking with him for SO long. He MADE that show and with out him it will not have any viewers so they just screwed up BIG time! That show was pretty popular and getting rid of Sheen just sealed it’s fate to be canceled and cost them money all bc Charlie spoke his mind about a person he didn’t like.

The thing is, ITS A JOB, despite him having a contract. They have him at insubordination towards his bosses. He is an employee, despite having ‘superior dna, adonis dna, etc’ . AND, even if they ‘screwed up big time’ Warner bros and CBS has other shows, Lorre has other hit shows. Charlie, uhm, NO! The show CAN SURVIVE without him, it was an ensemble. and even if it doesn’t, IT DID 8 SEASONS. Charlie sealed his fate, for working on tv. That is if he lives. Fine, if he wants to tell Chuck Lorre off, do it, but not on EVERY TV STATION, RADIO STATION, INTERNET , ETC. Do it face to face, LIKE A MAN. He has showed every other network, studio, producer what a drugged out moron he is. He admitted that he does not show up for ‘some’ rehersals (I never cost them money, I did not show for some where I had to stand, and do my lines and he laughed). Other actors have gotten fired/written out of a show, without ANY EXPLANATION. SERIES GET CANCELLED. EPISODES GET CUT. NOTHING IS ABSOLUTE IN TV. and Now, he is saying ‘free at last, free at last’ in reaction to being ‘fired’. So, maybe he wanted to be let go. Let go of making $1.8 mill an episode. WHAT AN IDIOT. Pay for his tweets? Twitter is free to all, noone pays. He is ONLY able to be accused of insubordination IF he is working at the time he saying or does something wrong toward his bosses and he was NOT at work on the show when he said those things. there IS freedom of speech for a reason and he has that freedom as the rest of us do. He showed up for filming every time he was required to and he did his job with out a fight and with out saying anything wrong to Chuck or anyone else. He said things in interviews when asked questions about rumors etc… again he was NOT at work during the time he said those things so in reality they should NOT have any affect on his job. That would be the same thing as if you said your boss was a rude jerk to a friend of yours while out for coffee or lunch and got fired the next day when you went to work bc a boss heard what you said while in line. It is bull crap and I’m sorry but it may have been an ensemble but that show wouldn’t survive with out Sheen. Sheen made that show what it has been for 8 seasons so yes they did screw up big bc the show will never make it another season with out him. It will get canceled shortly after the next season (IF they even try to do another season) starts. Yes Sheen does need help but they had him playing a drunken idiot anyway! they poked fun at his lifestyle and it was good enough for them and they had ZERO problem with ANYTHING Charlie did until he said what he thought of Chuck.

Let’s face it! He IS an employee and I’d like to see an employee anywhere, working for any company get away with what he said about his boss. No one does that unless they are prepared to lose their job. Charlie screwed up big time, but now it’s becoming a case of Charlie believing in his Planet Wonderland, and expecting everyone else, employers, co-stars, friends, family, fans…to believe in it also. He IS sick…..this is getting really old Charlie…get professional help.
