Boxer Tito Ortiz is free to gear up for another fight but it won’t be in the court room.

The Orange County District Attorney’s office has decided not to file charges against Ortiz following an alleged scuffle with wife Jenna Jameson last month, Gossip Cop can confirm.

Ortiz was arrested April 26 on suspicion of domestic violence after police responded to a 911 call at their Huntington Beach, California home.

Days later Jameson reportedly withdrew her accusations, saying “What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock we were both in.”

A spokeswoman for the D.A.’s office tells Gossip Cop they “declined to file charges due to insufficient corroboration to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt.”
