Channing Tatum, Jenna Dewan NOT Fighting Over Second Child, Despite Report
The couple share a three-year-old daughter named Everly, but according to Star, the actor wants another baby and his wife is refusing. A so-called “source” tells the magazine, “Channing is a wonderful father, but when he’s off filming, Jenna is left doing all the heavy lifting. They don’t rely on nannies, so the thought of having another kid right now is pretty daunting for Jenna.”
The outlet’s dubious insider goes on to claim Tatum’s busy work schedule is the main reason Dewan is hesitant to have a baby, but “if he would cut back to one movie a year, Jenna might just consider getting pregnant.” But Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to the couple, who assures us there are no arguments between the two over having another kid, and the tabloid’s claim otherwise is simply “not true.”
Unfortunately, Gossip Cop has repeatedly busted Star for publishing false stories about the spouses, so this latest piece of fiction comes as no surprise. We recently debunked the magazine’s inaccurate claim that Tatum and Dewan were “living separate lives.” And shortly before that, we corrected the tabloid for wrongly reporting Tatum wanted Dewan to quit acting and become a full-time mom. There was no truth to either of those tales, and the same goes for this latest one.
