Chad Ochocinco Arrested For Head-Butting Evelyn Lozada; Appears in Court (VIDEO)

Chad Ochocinco, who married “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada only a month ago, was arrested at his home on Saturday on charges of domestic violence, according to the police in Davie, Florida.

The football player and “Dancing with the Stars” alum allegedly head-butted Lozada during what police termed a “pretty heated” argument after she found a receipt for a box of condoms.

“She has a pretty good-sized laceration on her forehead,” said Davie Police Capt. Dale Engle.

Lozada was taken to Westside Regional Hospital, and later released.

Ochocinco, who recently changed his name back to Chad Johnson, was placed in jail.

UPDATE: On Sunday morning, the football star appeared before a judge, and got out of jail after paying a $2,500 fine.
