Chace Crawford Charged with Pot Possession, Faces Jail Time

Chace Crawford has been charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana.

If convicted, the “Gossip Girl” star faces a maximum of six months in jail.

Crawford was arrested in Texas on June 4.

Cops busted the actor and a friend in a car with one unlit joint outside Ringo’s Pub in Plano.

Coincidentally, Crawford plays a drug dealer in the upcoming film Twelve, hitting theaters later this year. His character on “Gossip Girl,” Nate Archibald, regularly smoked pot during the show’s first season.
