As Gossip Cop reported, many celebrities have shared photos of their 2016 Halloween costumes, but now several more are writing messages about the holiday. Paula Abdul expressed, “Have a ghoulish, creepy, frightening, bewitchingly Happy Halloween! Please haunt responsibly.” Kourtney Kardashian wrote, “HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!” along with Halloween-themed emojis of skulls, ghosts and pumpkins. And Ricky Gervais took the opportunity to comment on some people’s sensitivity towards risque costumes, noting, “I am deeply offended by people who are offended by Halloween costumes. They should apologise to me, right?”
Along with a throwback photo of himself dressed as a vampire, Ozzy Osbourne wished, “Happy Halloween!” “Bachelor” host Chris Harrison said, “Happy Halloween. Be careful tonight. There are people out there passing out raisins popcorn balls and other crap instead of legit candy.” Meanwhile, Freddie Prinze Jr. was more interested in celebrating a different October 31 event. The actor wrote, “Halloween?!?! How does no one remember Oct 31st, 1968 when the @Bucks won their 1st game … in 6 tries 138-118 #SorryDetroit.”
In reference to his character’s costume on “The Office,” John Krasinski said, “Happy Halloween to all the 3-hole punch Jims and Book Faces out there!” Kat Dennings conveyed, “Halloween is the last annoying errand before all the gravy holidays,” while Drake Bell asked, “Nashville where’s the Halloween party?!” And many more stars simply tweeted “Happy Halloween,” including Jimmy Fallon, Jared Leto, Khloe Kardashian, Alec Baldwin, Don Cheadle, Kristin Chenoweth and Rebel Wilson.
