Kaley Cuoco recently covered up the Roman numeral wedding date tattoo on the back of her neck with fresh ink after her marriage to Ryan Sweeting went sour. But Cuoco isn’t the first celebrity to cover or remove a tattoo from a relationship gone wrong. Gossip Cop rounded up 10 celebrities, including Angelina Jolie, Eva Longoria, and Christina Aguilera, who got rid of their relationship tattoos when all that remained from their romances was the ink.

A month after ending her nearly 20-year marriage to Antonio Banderas, Melanie Griffith began laser treatments to remove the heart-shaped tattoo on her bicep that read “Antonio.” Similarly, Heidi Klum didn’t wait long to remove her ex-husband Seal’s name from her body. The model, who tattooed the singer’s name on her forearm in honor of their fourth wedding anniversary, began the removal process shortly after their 2014 split.

Some celebs are not as lucky. It took Adrienne Bailon six years and three tries to finally remove ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian’s name from her butt. The singer, who spoke very publicly about wanting to get rid of the tattoo, documented the laser removal process on TV.

Check out six other celebrities who covered or removed tattoos from their failed relationships, and tell Gossip Cop what you think.
