At the same time, D.L. Hughley remarked, “The shooter at planned parenthood n Colorado Springs shot 3 cops! I wonder if they’ll call him a terrorist like they do #BlackLivesMatter.” And John Legend retweeted a writer and political analyst who commented, “Shooter should face justice but man it’s like a punch in the gut to think about black lives lost for crimes like: loose cigarettes [and] walking.”
After the deaths were reported, Marlee Matlin tweeted, “Once again, sending prayers and thoughts to those affected by senseless violence; this time to Colorado Springs. #EndViolence.” Gossip Cop will have updates should more celebrities comment.
