Stars are reacting to the Cleveland Cavaliers winning the 2016 NBA Championship, beating the Golden State Warriors in Game 7. Numerous celebrity fans of both basketball teams are taking to social media to share their reactions to the exciting outcome of the NBA finals.

The Cavaliers beat the Warrior 93-89 in a game that was close from start to finish. This marks the very first time in its history the Cleveland Cavaliers have won the NBA Champion. It’s also the first championship won by any sports team from Cleveland in the past 52 years.

Justin Timberlake wrote, “Lebron did it. Everybody be quiet. Goodnight.” Gabrielle Union tweeted, “Much respect to @StephenCurry30 and the Warriors for an amazing season. Lots to be proud of!” And Josh Gad expressed, “@KingJames is now going to own most of the continental United States after the ten endorsements he didn’t already have.”

Kevin Hart offered, “Congrats to the city of Clevland & congrats to @KingJames & the rest of the Cav’s.” Michael Strahan said, “CONGRATULATIONS to #clevelandcavaliers. Wow…. Impossible is Probable! President Obama congratulated,”What a game and what a series for the @Cavs. Happy to see @KingJames bring it home for Cleveland!” Carrie Underwood tweeted, “Great game! Even I watched.
