Celebrities are reacting to an explosion that went off in the Chelsea section of New York on Saturday night, resulting in 29 people being injured. Gossip Cop is told none of the injuries are life-threatening, though one individual was seriously hurt from the shrapnel of the bomb that was placed inside a dumpster on West 23rd street. Lady Gaga tweeted, “In NY safe &sound saying big prayers for my friends in Chelsea. Everyone be safe. We New Yorkers always stick together. #ChelseaExplosion.” Josh Gad wrote, “Thoughts and prayers with everyone in #ChelseaNYC tonight. Amazing response by city, residents & as always #NYPD.” Melissa Joan Hart said, “Stay safe NYC, my hometown! #Chelsea.” And Jerry O’Connell simply expressed, “Be safe! #Chelsea Be safe!”
