Celebrities are showing their support for National Coming Out Day. Every year on October 11, the Human Rights Campaign celebrates and honors all those who have come out as LGBTQ. See what stars are tweeting (below) in honor of this momentous day.

Hillary Clinton tweeted, “Coming out often takes incredible courage. On #NationalComingOutDay, lets honor that courage by showing LGBT Americans we’re with them.” William Shatner offered, “I want to lend my voice to support #NationalComingOutDay. We need to look beyond differences.” And Paula Abdul expressed, “If you’re coming out (or support anyone who is) THANK YOU 4 your courage. I LOVE YOU. You are treasured & beloved.”

Michael Sam wrote, “Join me and @HRC in celebrating #NationalComingOutDay. Everyone should be proud to live openly and authentically.” NBA veteran Jason Collins shared, “Happy #NationalComingOutDay!! Stepping forward & living my authentic life is the best decision I’ve ever made.” Ross Matthews wished, “Happy #NationalComingOutDay,” as did Beth Behrs. And, in an amusing nod to her own famous coming-out announcement, Ellen DeGeneres tweeted, “Yep, I’m gay #NationalComingOutDay.”

“Some inspiration for those in the same boat. Hang in there. #NationalComingOutDay” offered Raven-Symone. RuPaul tweeted, “I want the world to know. Got to let it show. #NationalComingOutDay.” Evan Rachel Wood said, “Happy #NationalComingOutDay! I am proud to be out and Bi. You are all loved and supported. #loveislove.” Neil Patrick Harris also told his followers, “It’s National Coming Out Day. If you’re a chick who chooses chicks or a dude who digs dudes today’s a swell day to let it be known. #allgood.”
