People must be insane if they think this women had nothing to do with her daughters death. Either that or they don’t have children of there own. There is evidence that she killer her daughter, it may be circumstantial but it is still there. There is no reason an innocent person would behave in the manner that she did, an innocent person doesn’t try and make a terrible accident look like a murder, and an innocent person doesn’t tell a million different stories until she finds one that she thinks may get her off a murder charge. There is no doubt she killed her child. We just don’t know how Caylee was murdered. The fact she was found not guilty does not mean she is innocent and if she had of been prosecuted without the threat of the death penalty she would probably be spending the rest of her life in jail. So yes I agree, I hope she can’t sleep at night, I hope she feels like she can’t walk down the street. I hope her life is miserable. She took a life of a child that hadn’t even had a chance to see this world, She doesn’t deserve any kind of happiness.

If the prosecution had gone for 2nd degree or manslaughter, she would be in jail today. But no… they had to go for the death penalty.If there is to be blame, then put it on them. We all know that Casey knew of or was involved in Caylee’s death,what we don’t know is how. The jury had the same question, therefore they could not give her death. I totally agree that she should not go free or profit in any way. But lets find out why the prosecution thought they had to be rock stars, they could have kept her in jail.

I am from Australia, I saw none of the news reports you are talking about, as we don’t get HLN or pretty much any of the news shows that this would have been on. Casey Anthony really isn’t that known here . I watched the court case via the internet. I agree that if the prosecution had not of asked for the death penalty, she would probably be sitting rotting in jail. In my opinion it is their fault she is walking free. But do I think she is innocent no, but I don’t hate her either. It’s really about justice for a murdered child. I’m sorry if I don’t feel she has the right to go on and live a carefree life, be made a million air and pretty much be rewarded for murder. I really do hope she sees her little girls face every time she closes her eyes. So yes in my opinion she should be at least made to serve out her probation, its really the least that she could do. If you think that makes me Hateful and bitter so be it.

There is plenty, but because her babys body sat in the Fl heat for 6 months… she got away with it. Get over it, even if you think she didn’t do it. She NEVER reported her child DEAD a month. She admitted she new she was dead and lied and had pl looking for her! All that money spent to help Casey look for Caylee and she sat there and new she was dead wore “Help find Caylee T’s” THAT is NOT a good mom nor a good person and someone I would never defend or stick up for.
