Casey Abrams has been rushed to the hospital for the second time in three weeks.

The “American Idol” standout was once again taken to the hospital after suffering from extreme stomach pain.

At the beginning of tonight’s results show, Ryan Seacrest said, “You’ll notice that Casey is missing from the group. He is unfortunately sick and in the hospital right now. So everybody wave to him.”

Addressing Abrams, Seacrest added, ”Feel better… Get back here soon.”

Last night, Abrams wowed the audience (video below) with his rendition of Joe Cocker‘s “With a Little Help from My Friends.”

UPDATE: Abrams tweeted last night, “hey guys, thanks for the well wishes, I got some nice fresh blood in me and feeling better. People at Idol & Cedars are treatin me real good.”
