Carson Daly blasted Perez Hilton for posting In Touch‘s 100% false report about Christina Aguilera‘s alleged “diva behavior” during a feisty radio interview with the blogger.

After Perez called into Daly’s program on Friday to discuss the latest gossip, the host immediately took him to task for spreading the magazine’s bogus story about a feud between Aguilera and their “The Voice” colleague Adam Levine.

“I was merely reporting what they were talking about,” protests the brutally bad blogger.

“You, by taking that story and running with it, are supporting it!” Daly fires back.

“Well, good. Good to know,” responds Perez, whose entire argument for repeating In Touch‘s falsehoods as though they’re factual is – we’re serious – they “didn’t sound completely far-fetched.”

“It couldn’t be further from the truth,” says Daly, reading back portions of Perez’s post and concluding, “You should be ashamed of yourself for printing nonsense.”

Gossip Cop is happy to hear Daly calling Perez on his b.s.
