Candace Cameron Bure: “Everyone Is Coming Back” To Fuller House For One Episode — WATCH VIDEO HERE
Candace Cameron Bure says “everyone is coming back” for “Fuller House”… at least in one episode. Watch below.
As Gossip Cop has reported, the upcoming “Full House” spinoff centers around Bure’s D.J. Tanner character, who is now a widow pregnant with her third child. Sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and best friend Kimmy (Andrea Barber) move in to help her raise her children, much like the original series featured Uncle Jesse (John Stamos) and Joey (Dave Coulier) assisting Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) with D.J., Stephanie, and Michelle (Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen). When the Netflix project was announced last month, deals had only been signed with Bure, Sweetin, and Barber for starring roles, with Stamos in a recurring capacity. That led to much speculation about the rest of the cast, something Bure is now clearing up.
During an appearance on Wednesday’s “Fox & Friends,” the actress said of the rest of the cast, “They’re coming back for an episode… Everyone’s gonna come back for an episode, so I think the fans will be really happy. But it’s a spinoff show. It’s a new show. We’re not re-doing ‘Full House.'” Bure further revealed that filming begins this summer.
As Gossip Cop previously reported, Netflix said it was in negotiations with Saget, Coulier, the Olsens, and “Aunt Becky” portrayer Lori Loughlin, who later confirmed that their deals were not done. For their part, the Olsen twins claimed they had no idea about the new show until the news broke, something Gossip Cop exclusively learned was not true. And Stamos, who is producing the online-only series, called “bullsh*t” on their comments, though he revealed on Twitter last week that he later had a “sweet talk” with Mary-Kate, a possible indication that whatever issue there was was now on its way to being resolved. See the clip of Bure below, and tell us what you think of the full cast appearing in one episode.
