Camille Grammer filed for primary custody today for her and Kelsey Grammer‘s two kids, confirms a rep for the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star to Gossip Cop.

Camille’s filing comes less than a month after Kelsey sought sole physical custody of the kids.

According to Camille’s papers, her ex’s earlier legal maneuvering was ”done in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage” her.

The former couple divorced in early February, paving the way for Kelsey to marry Kayte Walsh later that month.
