Cam Newton has won the Heisman Trophy – not surprisingly.

Newton said afterwards, “Honestly, it’s a dream come true for me, something every child has a dream that plays the sport of football, and I’m living testimony that anything is possible.”

Whether the Auburn quarterback gets to keep the trophy, however, may be another question. Recently, it was determined that the football star’s dad, Cecil Newton, tried to get Mississippi State to pay his son $180,000 to play for that school.

Heisman winner Cam Newton has denied any wrongdoing.

Just three months ago, Reggie Bush had to give back his Heisman after the NCAA ruled that he and and his family profited while he was at USC.
