Calvin Johnson and his partner Lindsay Arnold scored perfectly again on Monday’s “Dancing With The Stars” finals. The two impressed the judges with their freestyle routine to a medley of The Marvelettes’s “Please Mr. Postman” and The Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back.” Watch the video below.

Although competitive, Johnson needed to put in another flawless routine and he did. The former football star left it all on the dancefloor with his freestyle performance. In fact, Johnson has been on a bit of mini-streak. His last dance a week ago was a trio salsa with Arnold and Witney Carson that had the audience and judges roaring with excitement. The uptempo, fun routine earned Johnson a perfect score and rave reviews. Carrie Ann Inaba exclaimed, “You brought your A game.” Julianne Hough echoed everyone’s sentiments when she said, “That was so fun.” And Bruno Tonioli declared, “This is the spirit of ‘Dancing With The Stars… inspiring to dance and have fun.”

And Johnson’s redemption dance earlier on Monday’s show, a Viennese waltz, was fairly well received. After his redemption style dance, Len Goodman called Johnson “the most improved dancer,” adding, “What a fabulous start to the evening.” Hough noted, “I could only keep my eyes on you.” Tonioli felt, “You are always so watchable.” And Inaba offered, “I saw tremendous improvement from our last time.” Still, he only got a total of 35 out of 40 points.

Of Johnson’s last dance of the night, Inaba said it was “amazing.” Tonioli enjoyed it, too. Goodman felt, “Tonight you proved you can dance.” And Hough expressed, “I absolutely loved it.” For their effort, Johnson and Arnold received 40 out of 40 points.
