The man accusing Bryan Singer of molesting him as a teen allegedly never mentioned the director during an earlier FBI investigation of his sexual assault claims.

Michael Egan alleges that Singer and three other men sexually abused him at a pool party in California in 1998. In 2000, Egan sued the other men — but not Singer.

That same year, Egan and his mother went to the FBI for an investigation, which led to criminal charges against one of the men (Marc Collins-Rector).

According to TMZ, Singer’s name never came up during the inquiry. This week, Egan accused the director of molesting him on more than one occasion when Egan was a teenager. Singer denies the allegations, says he may sue Egan, and is reportedly assembling evidence that he was not in Hawaii when Egan says he raped him there. Gossip Cop will have updates.
