Bruno Mars Joining Coldplay And Beyonce For Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show (PHOTO)
Bruno Mars will be joining Coldplay and Beyonce to perform during the Super Bowl 50 halftime show on Sunday. The singer confirmed the news on Instagram on Friday, with a photo he shared of himself at Levi’s Stadium in San Francisco, where the big game is being held. See a larger version of the image below!
Mars, who led the halftime show in 2014, appears to be at rehearsals in the picture he posted, which he captioned, “It ain’t a party if Mr $how Up & $how out doesn’t show up.” The singer added the hashtags, “#Confirmed #SB50 #Halftime #Coldplay #Beyonce #TheBrunz #Shwaaaggg.”
Coldplay, of course, is this year’s main act, but 2013 halftime performer Beyonce will join the band onstage as well. As Gossip Cop reported, Beyonce and Coldplay teamed up for the recently released “Hymn For The Weekend,” which is featured on the band’s new album. The song will presumably pop up during the halftime show, but Mars’ contribution is unknown at this point.
Additionally, Seal and Sam Hunt have been tapped to perform at the Super Bowl 50 NFL Tailgate Party, which will air shortly before the game. Check out the photo below that Mars shared to make the big announcement about his involvement in the Super Bowl 50 halftime show.
