Britney Spears “Wants Plastic Surgery” to Look Younger?

“Britney Wants Plastic Surgery,” reads the headline of a piece in In Touch about Britney Spears.

According to the tabloid, Spears, who turns 30 on December 2, is “not happy with her physique.”

A so-called “friend” tells the mag, “She’s finally dealing with the effects of aging… She has curves and some extra weight in places she doesn’t want.”

The alleged pal says that in addition to working out with a personal trainer, Spears has “met with a plastic surgeon to explore more extreme options.”

Like what?

Oddly, In Touch doesn’t even mention one single procedure.

That’s because the only thing “extreme” here is the level to which the mag has gone to find a hook for a “Britney Turning 30″ story.

We’re fairly certain the other tabs will come up with “Britney at 30: Miserable and Not Married” pieces in the weeks leading up to her big 3-0.

Anyway, a source who works closely with Spears tells Gossip Cop that In Touch‘s claim that she’s looking into going under the knife is “not true.”

    That kind of treatment may be harmful or side effect. Nowadays she is perfect in her field.In my opinion plastic surgery will not need for her.

    She look more than 30 already. LOL… Maybe some diet and exercise will help her loose some of those unwanted fats.. If she decides to go under the knife, I just hope she wont look like a total different person after.

    Anyone in the public’s eye should use plastic surgery to look good. I would have if I could have afforded it.. There is nothing wrong with looking younger. Don’t knock it.. It is HER career. GO GIRL !

    @ Terri: “Shes a dirty whore”… wow, really… as if you know her aside from what the stupid media and smut mags have said about her?! I’d love to see what you look like… barf. Get over yourself. Britney is NOT getting plastic surgery, if you actually care, you need a life. In touch needs to get “in touch” with fact from fiction and leave people alone when it comes to false news. They might be looking at law suits, too, if they don’t stop.
