That’s what I’m thinking. I read that someone (who I assume is this Tulisa girl) is suing Will.i.Am for not giving her writing credit, or something.

And not for nothing, but you can absolutely tell that it’s Britney singing on the track.

I think she might be confusing the fact that Tulisa (British pop star) sang on the track first, and then Will.i.am decided to keep it for himself and Britney (thus Britney’s random British accent).
