Brian Austin Green Facing Lawsuit Over Alleged Beach Beatdown of Photographer

Brian Austin Green is reportedly being sued for allegedly attacking a photographer who trailed the actor and his wife Megan Fox on the beach in Hawaii.

In a lawsuit to be filed Monday, Delbert Shaw claims he was snapping shots of the couple near the Four Seasons Resort in Hualalai last December when Green and Fox began to threaten him.

According to Shaw, Fox asked her husband, “Are you going to let him get away with that?” – at which point Green allegedly chased after the photographer, beat him and threw his iPhone into the ocean.

TMZ reports that Shaw’s lawsuit claims Fox egged on Green’s alleged violence.

The photographer says he sustained severe injuries.
