When they first signed on, they were given a contract that covered all four movies. The only way contract negotiations will reopen is if Summit decides to make Breaking Dawn into two movies. That was per Variety's article early last week confirming that Summit was deciding whether or not Breaking Dawn will be two movies or one. It was the same thing with the HP cast. Their contracts were not renegotiated till they decided to make the last book into to two movies. Before then, they were locked into to do seven movies. They are already signed onto do Breaking Dawn.
