Brandon Routh & Courtney Ford Welcome First Baby!

Brandon Routh is a dad!

The Superman Returns star and his wife, actress Courtney Ford, welcomed their first child on Friday.

The couple’s baby son, weighing 8 pounds and measuring 20.5 inches, is named Leo James Routh.

Routh had a recurring role on “Chuck” and stars in the upcoming CBS sitcom “Partners.”

Ford has done stints on shows including “True Blood,” “Parenthood” and “Dexter.”

They wed in November 2007.

    congrats to Brandon & Courtney on the birth of their son Leo James. if hollywood buffs saw superman returns it wasn’t for Brandon but the oscar winning screen legend who played his mother. correct Eva Marie Saint played supermans mother in that movie. she was the first actress to win an oscar pregnant when she won best supporting actress March 30th 1955 the 27th annual oscars. her son Darrell was born 2 days later
