Brandi Glanville slammed In Touch on Sunday for falsely alleging that she had a “break down” and was boozing after getting fired from “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” The former Bravo cast member shared a screengrab of the phony article, writing in the caption, “Dear @intouch you clearly haven’t read my books #DRINKINGANDTWEETING Just stop making things up & call me.”

In the In Touch story, the tabloid wrongly claimed Glanville was so “devastated” by her “Real Housewives” exit that she was “drinking to ease the pain.” The magazine even cited a so-called “source” as saying, “She’s totally depressed. Brandi is a lose cannon right now. The next time she’s boozed up, you know she won’t be holding back.”

The tabloid further noted that Glanville was worried about money because she is no longer getting a paycheck from Bravo. As Gossip Cop reported, Glanville confirmed last Wednesday on her podcast “Brandi Glanville Unfiltered” that she would not be returning for the sixth season of “Real Housewives,” but said she did have other projects in the works. The reality TV star even hinted on Twitter Saturday that she was going to reveal “BIG NEWS” during her appearance on the “Howard Stern Show” next week. “Im hoping that all the paperwork for my BIG NEWS will be done so I can tell @HowardStern,” tweeted Glanville.

And as for the drinking, that’s old news. Glanville wrote a whole book about how she drinks, in good times and in bad. What do you think about Glanville slamming In Touch for its phony story?
