Petition For Bravo To Fire Brandi Glanville From Real Housewives Picks Up Steam

A Change.org petition calling on Bravo to kick Brandi Glanville off “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is gaining steam.
More than 1,300 supporters have signed the document, which reads:
Please remove Brandi Glanville from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” immediately.
Brandi Glanville has made repetitive comments in the open media, social media, the actual television show and interviews which are distasteful and offensive to many groups of people. She jokes about racial stereotypes and child molestation among other very serious issues. Her behavior and words are hurtful, offensive and repulsive beyond the point of entertainment or “good TV.”
In response to backlash from some of Glanville’s fans, who say that the campaign will cause “Brandi to lose her job and she won’t be able to support her family,” petition creator Lori Chase posted an update on Thursday with a counter-argument.
“Brandi is a New York Times Bestselling author, and she has made a sum of money from the seasons she has been on Real Housewives. People lose their jobs everyday for making bad choices,” she wrote.
It’s unlikely Glanville, who will next appear on “Celebrity Apprentice,” will be fired due the petition, though negative viewer opinions have gotten reality stars sacked before.
Gossip Cop has reached out to reps for Glanville and “Real Housewives” for comment.
