Brad Pitt Hooking Up With Jennifer Aniston Behind Angelina Jolie’s Back?
Brad Pitt is NOT “hooking up” with Jennifer Aniston behind Angelina Jolie’s back, despite a made-up and misleading tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this claim. We’re told there’s “no truth” to it.
“Brad’s Second Quickie With Jen,” blares a National Enquirer headline that further alleges, “Jolie on divorce rampage after clandestine hook-ups.” According to the magazine, Pitt and Aniston met up at LAX airpot and a Los Angeles hotel on two separate occasions earlier this month. A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, “Angie was furious when she learned about Brad and Jen’s first hook-up. She warned Brad that if he betrayed her again they were through!”
The outlet’s misinformed (or manufactured) “insider” adds, “Now that she knows Brad arranged a second meeting with Jen, she feels completely humiliated and wants revenge!” But after the tabloid deceptively refers to Pitt and Aniston’s supposed rendezvous as a “hook-up” and a “quickie,” it goes on to clarify that the former spouses only had a meeting because the actor wanted to “reach out to comfort her” following the death of her mother.
“They conveniently arranged to be at the airport at the same time where they somehow thought no one would see them,” adds the magazine’s seemingly phony “insider,” who goes on to claim Pitt and Aniston had a heart-to-heart in the airport lounge. But Gossip Cop checked in with a reliable source close to the situation, who exclusively assures us there’s “no truth” the tabloid’s account of events. Not only did the Enquirer pull a bait-and-switch by trying to initially trick its readers into thinking the two got intimate, but its follow-up claim about a “secret meeting” never happened either.
Of course, Gossip Cop has corrected the tabloid’s numerous phony stories involving Pitt and Aniston, who divorced more than a decade ago. We previously busted the magazine for wrongly reporting Pitt sent Aniston and Justin Theroux a wedding gift. This latest claim in the Enquirer’s ongoing and completely inaccurate Pitt-Aniston saga is equally bogus.
