Brad Pitt has NOT been abandoned by his friends and family because of his marriage to Angelina Jolie, despite a bogus webloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this claim. We’re told it’s “false.”

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the actor supposedly has “no one to reach out to” following his divorce from Jolie. Without a single source to back up its claim, the outlet says Pitt lost his close circle of friends while he was married “because they couldn’t stand being around cold and distant Angelina.” The outlet further speculates Jolie is also the reason he’s allegedly “no longer close with his extended family from Missouri.”

“Now that the couple are divorcing, Brad is having a hard time reconnecting to his family and friends from his past, all because Angelina erased everyone from the actor’s life,” adds the repeatedly discredited webloid. The site further theorizes that Jolie had forced Pitt to “sever his ties from all of his Hollywood friends,” including George Clooney, and now “no one is giving him the help he needs.”

Despite the outlet having zero sources to corroborate these allegations, Gossip Cop still checked in with a source close to the situation, who exclusively assures us the story is simply “false.” Of course, we have repeatedly called out CDL for publishing lies about the famous exes, so this latest piece of fiction comes as no surprise. Gossip Cop most recently busted the site for baselessly claiming Jolie had dropped to the D-list following her divorce from Pitt. There’s no truth to that nonsense, and the same goes for the webloid’s latest report.
