Booting Rumor Simon Cowell to Wed this Spring in Italy

If reporting on romance were like “American Idol,” Betty Confidential would have flunked during auditions.
The site, which has an incredibly spotty track record, claims to have the scoop on Simon Cowell‘s wedding to Mezhgan Hussainy.
A “source” tells Betty Confidential the couple is “planning to tie the knot in Italy this spring.”
“It is a perfect time of year” for the nuptials to happen, the source claims, before Cowell starts what will be a busy schedule for the American version of “The X Factor.” As for the site, the couple supposedly “narrowed their options down to Rome and Venice,” choosing the latter, according to the “source.”
Betty Confidential’s tipster adds, “It’s perfect. It’s romantic and historical.”
It’s also baseless speculation, Gossip Cop can report.
No time and no place has been determined. As far as Cowell’s rep is concerned, “This is not true.”
Maybe this is the way the gang at Betty Confidential is angling for a working vacation in Italy this spring.
