Bobby Flay And Giada De Laurentiis NOT In “Sizzling Romance,” Despite Report
Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis are not in a “sizzling romance,” despite a fabricated webloid story. Gossip Cop can correct this cold dish. De Laurentiis’ rep tells us exclusively it’s entirely “not true.”
According to RadarOnline, De Laurentiis and Flay are taking their “simmering relationship to a hot new level,” and were recently seen having a “romantic dinner” in New York at Emilio’s Ballato. One of the webloid’s unreliable sources says, “They were holding hands under their table,” “looked very cozy,” and “carved their initials in a secret place on the wall.”
The webloid then goes on to quote a so-called “friend” of De Laurentiis’ saying that the chef and Flay have been “spending a lot of time together,” and when they’re apart, “They’re phoning and texting each other all the time.”
Of course, the site’s story leaves a bad taste in Gossip Cop’s mouth, because it’s all made up. First off, De Laurentiis did NOT recently have dinner at Emilio’s Ballato with Flay, who’s currently going through a divorce from actress Stephanie March. She ate at the restaurant way back in December with her agent, not Flay. Indeed, he was at the restaurant that December night, but Flay was with others and only dropped by De Laurentiis’ table to say hello.
There was no “holding hands,” getting “cozy,” or carving their initials together in the restaurant’s wall. De Laurentiis’ rep tells Gossip Cop exclusively that that entire RadarOnline story is “fabricated.” The webloid’s sister outlet Star tried peddling similar garbage back in January. At the time, De Laurentiis told Gossip Cop, there’s “never been a romantic relationship” with Flay. It was bad dish back then, and it’s equally bad now.
