Blake Lively Getting “Pregnancy Advice” From Scarlett Johansson?
Blake Lively is not getting “pregnancy advice” from Ryan Reynolds’ ex-wife Scarlett Johansson, despite a ridiculous new report that claims the two have been bonding ever since Johansson gave birth to her daughter Rose in September. Lively’s rep tells Gossip Cop exclusively that this rumor, which started in the National Enquirer, is completely false.
According to the tabloid, Lively, currently pregnant with her first child, formed an unlikely friendship with Johansson after she and Reynolds sent the new mom and her husband Romain Dauriac a present to celebrate the birth of their daughter. A so-called “friend” of both actresses claims Lively is now “pumping” Reynolds’ first wife for information on how to “stay in shape and healthy” during her pregnancy. But that’s not all. Another supposed “source” tells the magazine that Johansson is “putting together a post-pregnancy workout” for Lively, as well as “schooling” Reynolds on how to help out after his new wife gives birth. The National Enquirer goes on to allege that Reynolds is “thrilled” with women are friends, and because he also gets along with Dauriac, the two couples are “planning a summer trip to France where they’ll all stay together.”
While its refreshing to see the Enquirer, an outlet with a long history of fabricating drama between successful actresses, celebrating female friendship, the tabloid’s reporting is still incredibly inaccurate. Lively is not getting tips from Johansson about pregnancy health nor is Johansson teaching her ex-husband how to be a good dad. And Lively, Reynolds, Johansson and Dauriac are certainly not shacking up together during a trip to Europe. Lively’s rep tells Gossip Cop exclusively that this story is “a joke.”
