Blake Lively and Penn Badgley have split up after dating for three years, confirms their mutual rep to Gossip Cop.

“They are not together,” says the rep, who adds the “Gossip Girl” co-stars remains friends.

Gossip Cop snooped around and a source close to the couple says it all boiled down to their ages. Lively is 23, and Badgley is 24, and they aren’t at a stage where they can take it to the next level.

“They’re not ready to get married… They’re young,” says their pal.

Still, we’re told, the two have remained close and professional on the set.
