Blake Lively is NOT “furious” at Amy Schumer for a recent parody, despite a claim in this week’s tabloids. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct the report.

According to Star, Lively is angry after Schumer “skewered Blake’s cool-girl persona” in a sketch on “Inside Amy Schumer.” The magazine explains that a recent bit on the Comedy Central series had the comedienne “playing a Hollywood starlet named Amy Lake Blively, who flirts shamelessly with the host” of a late night TV show.” Star draws a comparison between the skit and a recent Lively appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” alleging Schumer was trying to make the actress look “dorky.”

A so-called “insider” claims to Star, “Blake did not think it was funny at all. Amy is dead to Blake.” The tabloid goes on to flat-out insult Lively, quoting its supposed source as saying, “If Blake were savvy, she’d call Amy and suggest they do a skit together. She needs to lighten up.”

And Star needs to stop writing mean-spirited, inaccurate stories. There is NO feud between Lively and Schumer. In fact, a rep for Lively exclusively tells Gossip Cop that the actress isn’t even aware of the parody because she’s current shooting a project in Asia. Star just wanted to pit two women against each other, as the tabloid has shamefully done countless times with other similarly false stories about Ariana Grande and Lea Michelle, Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth, Angelina Jolie and Amal Clooney, and many more. Don’t fall for it.
