Blake Lively Tells Elle: “I’ve Had Four Boyfriends In My Whole Life”

Blake Lively is one of the hottest young bachelorettes around, but in a new interview the actress reveals she’s maintained a pretty tame love life thus far – at least by Hollywood standards.

“I’ve had four boyfriends in my whole life,” Lively says in the March issue of Elle.

She adds, “I’ve never been with anyone that’s not a boyfriend. I didn’t have a boyfriend until I was 17.”

Now 24, Lively has had relationships with her “Gossip Girl” co-star Penn Badgley as well as Leonardo DiCaprio, and is currently seeing Ryan Reynolds.

Still, the actress says she’s not a fan of casual dating.

“I’ve never gone on a date. Maybe I’m too shy,” Lively tells the magazine. “If I’ve ever had a man in my life, it’s because I know him well, and he really means something to me. I don’t take that stuff lightly.”

“I’d rather be by myself than be spending any time or energy on somebody that I didn’t feel sure about,” she explains.

    Normally, I would not respond to this. This is not true at all. She has been with more than four guys and her track record is very suspect and she has casually dated & had flings so why is she pretending to be so innocent?! She is also quite the flirt.

    Kelly Blatz, Penn Badgley, Leo, and Ryan Reynolds she has openly acknowledged. She also dated a guy after Kelly Blatz. She cheated on Penn Badgley with Ryan Gosling. Ryan Gosling and Blake definitely had an affair. Some of their friends know about this. There were photos and sightings of her with Gosling before her breakup. Then she lied to act like her breakup with Penn occurred earlier when that was not the case. It quickly fizzled because he was dating around with a bunch of girls.

    She met Ryan Reynolds when he was married to Scarlett during the shoot of Green Lantern. I actually believe they did NOT have an affair. She was smart enough to date Leo to bridge a gap between the accusations/possible backlash so the press wouldn’t blame her or mislabel her a homewrecker. . She uses Leo for awhile. Then she dumps Leo to quickly go to Ryan Reynolds who she had been in contact with during the summer. There have been too many reports and suspicious overlaps for me to believe her. She also lied about the nude photos on her phone. Usually, I wouldn’t care but I don’t like how she is depicting herself.

    I think most of what you say is possible but why do you think SHE dumped Leo?
    How do you know it was not the other way round, cos she rebounded quickly?
    Or is it because everyone seems to take Lainey’s blog word as gospel truth?
    I think she writes Ryan was Blake’s aim only beacuse she does not want him to look like he’s taking Leo’s sloppy seconds in HW Leo is second to no one.
    And Lainey always does what she and to promote her fellow Candians Ryans Gosling and Reynolds.

    According to sightings and twitter, whih I believe, her thing with Leo had been bubbling under waaaay before they went public in Cannes.
    There had been rumors of them sniffing around each other sine Nov 2010
    Why would she go through all that trouble with him for months ahead if he was just a filler?

    I don’t care or even respect what Lainey says.

    Blake Lively was spotted with Ryan Reynolds a day BEFORE her breakup with Leo was announced. She was spotted with Ryan Gosling a week BEFORE her breakup with Penn Badgley was announced. You can’t claim she just rebounds quickly. She either cheats or sets up guys to replace the other one before the relationship ends.

    I have seen her kiss guys that were not her boyfriend in the past and she has had flings so this claim by her is not true.

    Leo could have been calculated filler because: A) The media tried to pin the homewrecker label after Ryan’s split with Scarlett because he was married while they shot the movie. She put some distance between her and the accusation as to not deal with that rumor/backlash. So she chooses to date another celeb instead.

    B) He is a very famous celeb with a lot of connections and it would generate PR. It was good deflection.

    Where is the proof she dumped Leo for Ryan, as opposed to her running to Ryan after Leo dumped her?

    There were already reports of what Leo was getting up to with women in Australian nightclubs by radio DJs long before a split with Blake was offically announced
    What’s the conspiracy there?

    Ryan also dated Charlize Theron, Olivia Wilde and a German nodel after his divorce. Were they all fillers too?

    And what of the rumors that she and Leo had been dating quietly long b4 their ‘coming out’ at Cannes party? I don’t believe she did all this for Ryan
